Firefighters Fight Mobile Home Fire

On Saturday, January 22, 2011, at approximately 19:05 (7:05 PM), Kokomo firefighters were dispatched to Riley Modern Estates, 2700 N Washington, on a reported mobile home fire. 

Upon arrival,  firefighters found a fully involved mobile home and went to work.  Crews entered the structure to search for trapped occupants of which none were found.

It took crews approximately 30 minutes to bring the blaze under control.  After overhaul and clean up duties were completed, all units returned to service by approximately 21:05 (9:05 PM).

The cause of the fire is unknown to KFF and is believed to be under investigation.
